Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption or the like by stably controlling transmitting power while exactly following the change of a radio wave environment or the like.
SOLUTION: A baseband part 6 as a frame error rate(FER) extracting means extracts FER information, which is contained in each of frames of a radio signal received by a radio part 4, related to the transmitting signal of the radio part 4 in a fixed cycle and each time the baseband part 6 extracts the FER information, an FER calculating means 20 calculates the evaluation value of FER by multiplying and adding a weight to each of FER expressed by the FER information of a closest first number continuously extracted by the baseband part 6. Then, a transmitting power control means 22 compares the evaluation value calculated by the FER calculating means 20 with a reference value and when the evaluation value is smaller than the reference value, transmitting power is decreased by controlling the radio part 4 through the baseband part 6 but when the evaluation value is greater than the reference value, the transmitting power of the radio part 4 is increased.
