An edition part 120 is constituted of an edition work processing part 105 for executing edition work itself and a working information storing part 106 for storing working information for edition. A recording part 110 records the hierarchical structure of edition work by using the working information recorded in the storing part 106. Namely a time series information recording part 101 records the time series order information of the edition work. A processing hierarchical structure information recording part 102 records a pointer indicating the working information data of each edition processing to be executed before and after the edition work. A working information data base 104 records information generated by respective recording parts 101 to 103.
