Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely recognize the objectively valued update of provided information of a server without performing access from a user himself/herself.
SOLUTION: The access history of respective user terminals 2 to respective information providing servers 3 is collected as communication log data and based on these data, a communication relation information managing part 53 manages the related user 2 having a lot of times of access to the server 3 for each server 3 and manages the number of times of call incoming for a fixed period in the past through a server call incoming observation part 55. In this case, when the number of times of call incoming is coincident with a predetermined threshold value, the activation of access is judged, and the timing of access is reported to the user 2 related with the relevant server 3 by an access timing estimation part 56 and an access timing report part 5.
