PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for straightening a cast product and dies to be used therefor which can improve the efficiency of the straightening work and precision of straightening.
CONSTITUTION: A lower die 5 is fixed to a pedestal 4 of a correcting device 1, and an upper die 3 is fixed to a press shaft 2, and each blade of a rotary blade 7 is set by straightening surfaces 16, 31 of each die. Then, the tip 9b of a center part 9 of the rotary blade 7 is fit into a recessed part 37 of the lower die 5, and each blade 11 is arranged so as to be brought into contact with each correcting surface 16 of each correcting projecting part 17. Then, the press shaft 2 is pressed downward to press the rotary blade 7 by the upper die 3 in the condition where the rotary blade 7 of this lower die 5 is fixed. More concretely, the shape of the outer circumference, the angle of inclination or the like of the blade 11 are straightened as desired by pressing each blade 11 in the vertical direction in the condition where each blade 11 is held by the straightening surface 16 of the lower die 5 and the straightening surface 31 of the upper die 3.
