Abstract:
PURPOSE: To test the soundness of the material at the time of manufacturing the material such as airtight type material or the like, which is mainly composed of porous material as the base thereof, or after the heat resistant load test.
CONSTITUTION: High-temperature gas 5 is supplied to the surface side of an airtight type material 2, which is mainly composed of porous material as the base thereof, by a gas nozzle 6, and the material 2 is heated at a high temperature by a gas burner 8. The gas inside of an airtight chamber 11, which is leaked to the back surface side of the material 2, is picked and analyzed by an analyzing device such as a gas chromatography or the like to test the soundness of the material 2.
