Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and device thereof to form an end seal which has a nonadherent gripping part at one end, easily and efficiently from a continuous band shaped material tape one surface of which is made to be an adherent surface.
CONSTITUTION: A gripping part 13 is formed by folding a material tape 1 in such a manner that adherent surfaces of a range with a specified length are adhered to each other after each specified interval, while carrying the material tape 1 continuously, and at the same time, a location which is right before or right after the gripping part is cut.
