This device has a paste supply device 4A integrating a pump 10A for supplying solid materials, a kneader 7A and a pump 10B for discharging paste. Since the pump 10A for supplying solid materials, the kneader 7A equipped with kneading blades 8A and the pump 10B for discharging paste rotate together, the paste of a solidifying material made by kneading is continuously discharged from a kneading section 15 while cement, sand and the kneading water are supplied respectively to the kneading section 15 where the kneader 7A is located. Consequently, the viscosity of the paste of the solidifying material can be kept almost constant. The paste of the solidifying material is poured into a drum 12A that stows radioactive miscellaneous solid wastes 13. In a drum 12A, the volume of the generated bleeding water significantly decreases and less interstices are also formed.
