When a kind of an electric wire W is changed, when the electric wire W is tangled or when a joint of the electric wire W is cut off, etc., in the case that if the prefeeder 120 is not stopped and it cause trouble to a treatment of the electric wire W, the cutting/ pressing machine 11 is not required to immediately stop, the temporary stopping of the cutting/pressing machine 11 can be eliminated as much as possible.
