When a connection request is matched to an information provider, the information provider generates a password and transmits the password to the communication equipment owned by the operator of an information processor which requests the connection. Afterwards, when that password is transmitted from the information processor, which requests the connection, the connection with the information provider is permitted and when a different password is transmitted, the connection is not permitted.
