Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an efficient and practical dewaxing method with a dewaxing medium having the optimum characteristics in a process for dewaxing an injection-molded body consisting of inorg. powder and an org. binder

CONSTITUTION: When an inorg. powder molded body obtd. by injection-molding a mixture of inorg. powder with an org. binder is embedded in a dewaxing medium and dewaxed, inorg. powder for dewaxing having 5-1,000μm particle diameter and 0.4-0.9g/cm3 apparent density is used as the dewaxing medium.
