Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interference of cut products and to improve the efficiency of an incorporating work to a cutting work and a floor by selecting a solution candidate minimizing the number of a total floor using surfaces in floor equipment solution candidates and driving the floor equipment with the selected floor equipment solution candidates.
SOLUTION: A continuous type shape regulating device 1 for large shaped steel is contained with a cutting equipment 2 and the floor equipment 3. The both equipments 2, 3 are controlled with a control device 5 for giving the output from a control computer 4 to cut and separate the divided products as a shaped steel. The control computer 4 introduces a cutting command for cutting the divided product with the cutting equipment 2 and a command signal for the number of the floor using surface, etc., of the floor equipment 3 and gives to the control device 5. The control device 5 decides a cutting and incorporating schedule for cutting the cutting product and controlling the floor equipment 3 to control these both equipments 2, 3.
