Title:
METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR MEASURING RESISTANCE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06194397
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a resistance measuring equipment, for measuring the resistance of only resistive element easily without waiting thermal settlement, being employed in a tester for a resistance module where a plurality of resistive elements and a common conductor connecting one ends thereof are formed on a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: When the resistance of a resistive element 12 is measured, a pair of power supply probes 21 are brought into contact with an individual electrode 14 and a common electrode 15 and a constant current is fed to a common conductor 13 from a joint with the resistive element 12 to the common electrode 15. On the other hand, a pair of measuring probes 22 connected with a measuring system 6 are brought into contact with the individual electrode 14 and a common electrode 15 on the opposite side in order to measure a voltage drop across the resistive element 12 when a constant current is fed.
