Abstract:
To provide a method of filling high pressure gas allowing efficient gas filling, while preventing the temperature rise to above the predetermined maximum temperature during filling the gas.
By measuring the pressure of a pipe for filling a gas cylinder with gas to calculate the pressure increase speed, gas filling is stopped or slowed down when the pressure increase speed reaches a predetermined speed or above. Alternatively, by measuring the temperature of the gas cylinder to calculate the temperature of the gas cylinder, gas filling is stopped or slowed down when the temperature increase speed reaches a predetermined speed or above or when the measured temperature reaches a permissible maximum temperature.
