Title:
METHOD FOR FITTING INSERT MEMBER IN INJECTION MOLDING DIE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01174426
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the slipping-off of a positioning member to be nothing and firmly integrate it within an injection article by molding the specific positioning member after it is held completely by a fixed die and a movable die.

CONSTITUTION: The positioning member 7 is mounted on an appropriate position of the insert member 6 and the positioning member 7 is inserted into the cavity of the movable die 2. Next, the die clamping is performed so as to completely hold the positioning member 7 by the fixed die 1 and movable die 2. Through this holding, the insert member 6 may not be slipped off by the pressure of resin. After clamping, a molten resin is filled into the cavity from through holes 73 passing through plate-shaped ribs 72. The positioning member 7 and the molding article to be molded within the cavity 8 can thus be integrated.
