Title:
METHOD FOR FIXING ROTOR CORE OF FLAT MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5475005
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent displacement and thermal deformation of laminated thin iron- plates, by disposing a plurality of welding holes used for fixing the core to the stator frame in such a manner that they are displaced in the radial direction from each other so that all the laminated thin-plates are fixed to the stator frame at two or more places. CONSTITUTION:Band-shaped thin iron-plates are wound and the initial and final ends thereof are spot-welded to each other to form a stator core 1, and the winding 5 is then wound. Next, in the stator frame 2 having a form of a circular hollow plate, there are provided, along the circumference of the stator core 2, for example four welding holes 14 each having a diameter less than half of the lamination thickness of stator core 1 such that adjacent welding holes 14 are displaced from each other in the lamination direction. Then, the stator core 1 is disposed on one side of the stator frame 2 and the stator core 1 is welded to the inner peripheral edges of the welding holes 14. Thus, displacement of the laminated thin iron-plates is prevented and no clearance will be produced between the stator frame 2 and the stator core 1 so that good heat conduction is realized and thermal deformation caused by weld-joining of stator 2 can be reduced.
