Abstract:

To provide a method of stably forming a multi-layered membrane with enhanced adhesion by improving compatibility between layers.

This method of forming a multi-layered membrane comprises the steps in order of affording water repellency to the surface of glass 1 by applying a water repellent agent, forming a first membrane 2 on the water repellent treated glass using a solution comprising a non-volatile component having hydrophilic part and hydrophobic part, and forming a second membrane 3 on the first membrane using a solution comprising a polar solvent.
