Title:
METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING OPTICAL PATH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3129831
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for easily and accurately identifying an optical path at the end part of the optical path.
CONSTITUTION: Plural reflection parts are installed on the optical path 50, the combination of the relative position of each reflection part is changed at every optical path 50 so as to function as an identification mark 39, and then, the relative position of the reflection part is detected based on the reflected light which is obtained when inspection light is made incident on the optical path 50, and then, the optical path 50 is identified based on the detection result. When the inspection light is made incident from one end of the optical path 50 by the light emitting part 20, the light is reflected on each reflection part, and then, it turns back to the incident end. By analyzing the light by, for example, a Michelson interferometer, the relative position of the reflection part can be detected, and then, the optical path 50 can be identified.
