To enable the identification of strain of an eryngii rapidly and accurately.
This method for identifying the strain is provided by using a marker produced by using base sequences at the both sides of a microsatellite region in the gene of Pleurotus eryngii, performing an amplification of the gene of an identification objective by a PCR and identifying the polymorphism of amplified products.
