Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing a data speed so as to enable commonly using of existing network and to enable transmitting of data encoded at a faster symbol speed than that of a prior art.
SOLUTION: A preamble transmits the encoded data at a second clock speed fastener than a first clock speed. The clock speed is switched at a shift block between the preamble and a data part so as to transmit the encoded data at the second clock speed faster than the first clock speed.
