Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a means for surely and efficiently disassembling a device without experience or knowledge on the device.
CONSTITUTION: Each of a plurality of unit components which constitute a device is provided with a serial number which shows the disassembling order of the unit component, a fixed number which shows the disassembing procedure and a fixed part display which shows the position of the unit component. On the top cover 1a of a device 1, a serial number 104 which shows the disassembling order and a fixed number which shows the disassembling procedure are displayed. Disassembling is performed by following the order of the serial numbers. At the time of disassembling the device 1, it is confirmed that the top cover 1a is fixed by two screws (102a and 103b) by a fixed number display 101, then, the two screws are removed to remove top cover 1a. At that time, the two screws can be easily found since the positions are displayed by the fixed part display 103a and 103b. After removing the top cover, the component of the subsequent serial number is removed.
