Abstract:
To overcome the shortcoming that the conventional inactivated vaccine does not induce cell-mediated immunity, and at the same time, to achieve the simplification, labor saving and cost reduction of preventive inoculation.
A method of inducing cell-mediated immunity of a live vaccine even in an inactivated vaccine, and a combined vaccine of the inactivated vaccine obtained by the method and a live vaccine. The inoculation of the combined vaccine induces not only humoral immunity but also cell-mediated immunity against an antigen of the inactivated vaccine accompanied by the induction of the cell-mediated immunity due to the live vaccine.
