Abstract:
To clarify whether or not PA28 is functionally related to a proteolytic digestion by an ATP dependent proteasome and to elucidate the influence of interferon-γ on the activity of proteasome (PA700-20S-PA28 complex) containing both PA28 and PA700.
This method for inducing hybrid proteasome (PA700-20S-PA28 complex) is characterized by administering interferon-γ to a cell for expressing 20S protease.
