Abstract:

To provide a method for inserting an electronic seal into the content of a document in a computer system by using electronic keys.

The electronic key is provided with a memory for storing random variables. The computer system is provided with a storing device and an additional program code. According to the method, after inserting the electronic key into the computer system, the electronic seal is set by the additional program code, and corresponding random variables are generated. The random variables are stored in the storing device of the computer system and are stored in the memory. The electronic seal is inserted into the content of the document by using the additional program code. Attribute of the document is generated and is inserted into the content of the document.
