Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily inspect the quality of a work by detecting an angle point on the basis of the image of the work taken by an image detecting means, and comparing the size of the detected angle with a determined standard angle. CONSTITUTION:The image of a work to be inspected is taken by an image detecting part 1 consisting of a CCD camera, and this image is subjected to binary processing by a binary processing part 2. Angle points are detected by an angle point detecting part on the basis of the binary image, for each angle point, the internal angle is calculated by an internal angle calculating part 4, and the size relation between the calculated internal angle and a deter mined standard angle is judged and held by a size judging part 5. On the basis of the calculated internal angle, C-cut parts are detected by a C-cut detecting part 6, and whether two or four detected C-cut parts are present is judged by a C-cut judging part 7. On the basis of the judgment result in which all the internal angles are smaller than the standard angle and two or four C-cut parts are present, the target work is identified as a normal work by an identify ing part 8, and the result is displayed 9.
