Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the inspecting of a medicine easily without lowering a packing speed by a method wherein a transponder having packing information stored is mounted on each medicine pack and the packing information being transmitted by a transmission demand signal is read out to collate the medicine packed based on the information.
CONSTITUTION: When packing information is inputted into an input controller 10, the input controller 10 transmits a control signal to a pellet packing device body 11 and one transponder 3 is discharged to a packing device 25 from a pellet feeder 17 holding the transponders 3 to make packs of pellets having the transponder 3 alone packed therein. Thereafter, the input controller 10 actuates the pallet feeder 17 based on the information to make packs of pellets following the pack continuously. At the same time, the information is transmitted to a reader/writer and the packing information is mounted on the medicine pack. The input controller 10 transmits a transmission demand signal to the transponder 3 immediately after writing the information into the transponder 3 to check data.
