Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively use a site, by reclaiming a dock for leading a purge power plant in, and installing a purge power plant. CONSTITUTION:Intake pipes 7 for cooling water necessary to run purge power plantsI, II that have been installed are laid on the bottom of the dock 2 so that the water body in front of the dock 2 and pump sheds P are connected. Thereafter half of the dock 2 is reclaimed with earth 8 that has been brought from somewhere else to found a groundwork where an additional purge power plant will be installed. Further, a partition wall 9 is mounted. The additional purge power plant III is then led into the reduced dock 2, a gate 3a is closed, water is poured by a pouring and discharging pump for installation to float the purge power plant III, then it is moved in the direction shown by the arrow 6, and while the water is being discharged, it is installed on the base that has been arranged after the reclamation.
