Title:
METHOD AND JIG FOR SAMPLING POWDER-GRAIN DEPOSIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3358955
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a coke layer and an ore layer together by accumulating a powder-grain in many layers in a pipe standing at a target sampling point, injecting a binder to bind the layers and, pulling up the pipe.
SOLUTION: A sampling jig comprises a pipe 1 longer than a thickness of a target sampling deposit, an anchor part set at a leasing end of the long pipe 1, etc. Openings 2, 3, 4 are formed at target sampling deposit layers for discharging a binder. The openings 2, 3, 4 are set respectively at positions corresponding to upper parts of a mixed layer C2 of ore and coke, a coke layer C1, an ore layer C3 so that the injected binder uniformly penetrates the target deposit layer after a thickness of each deposit layer C2, C1, C3 is calculated. A metal frame 8 is arranged above the powder-grain deposit in the circumference of the pipe 1. The binder is injected to the powder-grain deposit. The binder penetrates and is set in the powder-grain. When an intensity necessary for the sampling is obtained, a wire or the like is fitted to an engaging part 9 to pull up the target powder-grain deposit of layers.
