PURPOSE: To coat a foam type hot-melt adhesive at a stroke by making an assembly joining face of a casting mold model plane-like and coating a foam type hot-melt adhesive on the plane by a wheel and joining this plane.

CONSTITUTION: In an E.P.C. system, the joining face PF to be joined of a casting mold model P made of foamed resin is made to a plane. The joining face PF of this model P is transferred so that it touches the face of a wheel 2 of a wheel coater 1 and a foam type hot-melt adhesive FM which is stuck on the face of the wheel 2 in a layer state is transferred and coated. In such a way, the coating of the foam type hot-melt adhesive for the joining face can be automatically performed in a short time.
