Abstract:
PURPOSE: To determine operational frequency for avoiding dust attached to a water wheel, at optimum, by the state of water.
CONSTITUTION: A flow rate to a water wheel is regulated by a step S1. By the flow rate regulated by the step S1, a generator is worked. Generator output is detected by a step S2, and by a step S3, the value of the generator output when there is no dust on the water wheel is set to be a reference value. By a step S4, it is judged whether the generator output is lowered or not, and if it is lowered, what the deviation between the lowered value and the reference value is, is determined by a step S5. If the deviation exceeds a fixed value, the dust attached to the water wheel is avoided by a step S6.
