Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of laying a rail for a sash sheave capable of simply laying the rail for the sash sheave only by driving the rail into a rail laying groove formed to a wooden floor or sill.
SOLUTION: In the method of laying the rail for the sash sheave, both sides have leg sides and projections formed in a biting-in shape to the side wall of the rail laying groove having a cross section having a saw-tooth shape or the like are formed to the outer side faces of both leg sides. In the method of laying the rail for the sash sheave, ribs or recessed grooves are formed previously extensively over overall lengths to the internal surfaces of the leg sides of the rail for the sash sheave. In the method, an expanding member for widening the leg sides of the rail, in which the recessed grooves, in which the ribs for the rail are fitted, or the ribs fitted in the recessed grooves for the rail are formed to both side faces, to the outside is placed at the center of the bottom wall of the rail laying groove in approximately the same width as a rail width formed to the wooden floor or sill or the projections on the outer side faces of the leg sides are bitten to the side wall of the rail laying groove by previously fitting the projections between the leg sides of the rail and driving the rail towards the expanding member from the upper section of the rail laying groove.
