Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for management for a fault in an intelligent network that is effective to realize security of reliability of a communication service by early recovery of a fault of a service control node and the installation operation system for a service control node that is used effectively for the method.
SOLUTION: Two kinds of fault information sets informed to an installation operation system 300 via different paths that are fault information 110 detected and noticed by a service control node 100 itself and application fault information 210 applied by the service user via a service operation system 200 are managed integrally by a service control node fault provision means 410 and an application fault provision means 420 in an installation operation system 300 to realize efficient fault management such as avoidance of multiple countermeasures.
