The business operation management method comprises a step for collecting information indicating job definition contents and generating an object conversion table in which a management object managed by the management manager is allowed to correspond to a business object managed by the business manager, a step for receiving information indicating the state of the management object, a step for converting the management object whose state information is received into the corresponding business object on the basis of the information of the object conversion table, a step for reporting information indicating the converted object and the state information, and a step for displaying the state of the business object corresponding to the management object whose state information is received on the basis of the reported converted object information and state information.
