Abstract:
To provide an efficient method for manufacturing an amino acid fluoride derivative which method has an excellent yield and a high fluorine utilization efficiency.
The method for manufacturing an amino acid fluoride derivative, for example, a compound of general formula 3 or 7 (R1 and R2 are each independently the residue of a natural or non-natural amino acid; X and Y are each independently H or a protecting group for an amino group; and n is an integer of 1-4) by reacting an amino acid derivative with an imidazoline derivative expressed by general formula 1 (R1 and R2 are each a lower alkyl).
