Abstract:

PURPOSE:To manufacture interior trimmings with excellent feeling by fallingly removing excess staple fibers by vibratory motion after scattering the staple fibers over the base material with adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:The staple fibers are scattered over the adhesive agent 5 on the base material 6. Following this, the surface with the staple fiber 2 of the base material 6 is turned down via a roller 7 and a beating vibratory motion is given to the base material 6 by a jig 8 so as to fallingly remove the excess staple fibers 2. The dropped out-staple fibers 2 are collected by a trap 9 and circulated. Since the excess staple fibers or staple fibers of an adhesive failure may not exit, the staple fibers are never crushed. Thus, the interior trimmings with excellent feeling as well as touch can be obtained.
