Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molded body high in conjugation strength and less in warpage.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a composite molded body by laminating (A) a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition layer containing (a) thermoplastic resin of 100 pts.wt. and (b) a carbon fiber of 10 to 200 pts.wt., (B) a thermoplastic elastomer layer and (C) a metal member in this order and depositing (A) the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composition layer and (C) the metal member via (B) the thermoplastic elastomer layer by internal heating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
