To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete structure where the occurrence of cracks in concrete is suppressed and thus production efficiency is enhanced by shortening working hours through adopting simple works.
In the method for manufacturing a segment 1, the segment 1 just after demolded and whose surface temperature T1 is higher than the temperature T2 of chemicals 3 is soaked in the liquid chemicals 3 such as a shrinkage reducing agent, a curing agent and the like being stored in a chemicals vessel 2. Thus, the surface of concrete is cooled, air in voids at the segment 1 is discharged from the concrete structure, the chemicals 3 are absorbed in the voids around the surface of concrete by suction to absorb the chemicals 3 and penetrated in the inside of concrete and then the whole surface of concrete is uniformly coated with the chemicals 3.
