To provide a method for manufacturing a cotton like candy capable of improving a heat source for manufacturing the cotton candy, additives to its raw material and sprinkling agents for the cotton like candy.
This method is to manufacture the cotton like candy by throwing granulated sugar as the raw material into a heated rotating pot to manufacture the cotton like candy by a centrifugal force, and which uses (1) electric power as the heat source for heating the rotating pot, in which a dye, a perfume coated with cyclodextrin and a flavor for foods coated with cyclodextrin are added to the raw material, and (2) the flavor for foods used is of pudding, banana, strawberry milk and powdered skin milk, and (3) a manufactured cotton candy is sprinkled with a flavor for foods coated with the cyclodextrin and then wrapped.
