Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of separator for fuel cell capable of restraining deterioration of adhesion performance, by reducing reattachment amount of carbon to a separator in cleaning step.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of separator for fuel cell includes a press working step (step S2) of molding a cathode side separator 16 and an anode side separator 17 after NC processing, a cleaning step (step S3) of removing carbon adhering to the surfaces of the cathode side separator 16 and the anode side separator 17, and a desiccation step (step S4) of desiccating clearing solvent adhering to the cathode side separator 16 and the anode side separator 17. The cleaning step (step S3) includes a carbon concentration detection step of detecting carbon concentration of the clearing solvent, after repeating a predetermined number of times of cleaning, completing cleaning on condition that the detected carbon concentration is less than 1.2 wt%, and proceeding to the desiccation step (step S4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
