To provide a method for manufacturing a pipe made of a vibration damping steel sheet by a drawing process in which the heat affection of welding is eliminated and also a cylindrical body with uniform wall thickness is efficiently formed, and to provide the pipe made of the vibration damping steel sheet by a drawing process.
A drawing process is performed on the vibration damping steel sheet 14, in which a resin member 13, a plate-like vibration damping member, is inserted into a gap between a plate-like first steel member 11 and a plate-like second steel member 12 and each member is laminated into three-layers, to from a cylindrical body 15 whose one side is a bottomed cylindrical body 15a and whose other side is an opening cylindrical body 15b. A bottom part X of the bottomed cylindrical body 15a of the cylindrical body 15 is cut, and an open part Y of the cylindrical body 15 is cut, to thereby obtain a simple cylindrical body 16 with open both ends which is a pipe made of vibration damping steel sheet with three-layered structure.
