Abstract:
This polarizing film is sequentially provided with an adhesive layer, a first resin layer formed of a first resin containing a first polymer and a solvent, a polarizer layer, and a second resin layer. The first resin is a thermoplastic resin. The storage modulus of the first polymer at 23°C is 1000 MPa or less. The amount of the solvent contained in the first resin is 2.0-10.0 µg/g. The moisture vapor transmission rate of a sample of the resin per 100 µm of thickness is 4 g/m2/day or less.
