To provide a method of manufacturing a granule solidified material in which the initial strength of a molded material develops in a short time, and which is capable of preventing the solidified material from powdering or breaking in handling even if demolded early.
A method of manufacturing a powder solidified material comprises the steps of: kneading at least one powder selected from the group consisting of soil, sand, rock crushed materials, crushed stone sludge, slag, incinerated ash, collected dust, inorganic sewage, and concrete structure crashed material, with a clinker pulverized material obtained by pulverizing a clinker calcined without adding gypsum at a temperature of not lower than 1,200C and not higher than 1,600C in a cement calcining installation in a cement production process, and water to form a kneaded material; molding the kneaded material to obtain a molded material; and solidifying the molded material, wherein the initial strength develops to the molded material by generating the bonding phase of calcium aluminate hydrate between powder materials for a short time by a rapid hydration reaction between an aluminate phase containing in the clinker pulverized material and water.
