Abstract:

To provide a pulverized tea having a flavor inherent to green tea and excellent solubility in cold water.

The method for manufacturing pulverized tea includes the steps of pulverizing tea leaves, and applying a coating layer of tea leaf extract liquid extracted from tea leaves different from the tea leaves for use in the pulverization step on the surface of the pulverized tea leaves obtained in the pulverization step.
