Abstract:
To manufacture a high-quality sintered rare-earth magnet in a high yield by accurately weighing a compact before sintering.
In the method for manufacturing the rare-earth magnet by passing an alloy through respective steps of casting, grinding, compacting and sintering to form a sintered magnet, a fill of powder into a compacting die is weighed on a weight basis when filling the die with alloy powder resultant from the above grinding step while carrying out measuring.
