Abstract:
To enable the manufacture of spherical fine particles by solving the problems that there has been no method of manufacturing spherical fine particles of an inorganic material, that manufacture of spherical fine particles requires large equipment and high costs, that usable materials are limited and that fabricatable forms of fine particles are limited.
A method of manufacturing spherical particles comprises putting a powder F in a space 9 which is formed from at least one pair of electrodes 3 and 4 and an insulation member 8 arranged between the electrodes 3 and 4 and applying, across the electrodes 3 and 4, a voltage reciprocating the powder F in order to form spherical particles from the powder F.
