Abstract:

To provide a method of manufacturing a translucent electromagnetic wave shielding member at a low cost that is superior in light transmission and electromagnetic wave shielding property by utilizing a high-speed printing by a rotary intaglio offset print.

When a rotary printing method is used to print an electromagnetic wave shield pattern by allowing a paste ink supplied to an intaglio cylinder 63 to be received by a blanket 61, passing a transparent film 2 between the blanket 61 and a pressure cylinder 67, and transferring the paste ink onto the transparent film, it is assumed that a printing pressure during reception of the paste ink is A and a printing pressure during transfer of ink is B. In this case, a pattern is printed in a condition of B>A, and after hardening, a metallic film is provided only on the surface of the pattern, forming an electromagnetic wave shielding pattern with line width of 5-40 μm and film thickness of 0.5-50 μm.
