The method of manufacturing an ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a thickness of 100 m or more includes: (A) the step of applying at least an ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which does not substantially include organic solvent on a substrate, (B) the step of heating the applied pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and (C) the step of irradiating the applied pressure-sensitive adhesive composition with ultraviolet rays in this order.
