The waste package includes: an outer shell to which a plurality of cylindrical outer frames 51 are connected; a clay based water shut-off material filled inside the outer shell, and fastened and hardened; and a waste object stored in an storage space formed inside the fastened and hardened clay based water shut-off material. The outer shell includes: the outer frame 51 including an insertion end section 52 in which a ring groove 522 circling around its outer circumference is formed; and the outer frame 51 including a storage end section 53 in which an inner circumference is formed so that the insertion end section 52 is fitted, and an inner ring groove 532 circling around the inner ring is formed; and further, a ring 54 in which the insertion end section can be inserted into the storage end section 53 while being stored in the inner ring groove 532, and the insertion end section 52 can not be separated from the storage end section 53 in a state that the insertion end section 52 is inserted into the storage end section 53, and a part of the ring projects from the inner ring groove 532 to the outer ring groove 522.
