PURPOSE: To perform accurate operation and to eliminate a leakage error by calculating the cycle of the waveform taken in on the side of a machinery main body at first according to the program stored in an external memory medium.
CONSTITUTION: The actually measured data of a waveform 1 is taken in a machinery main body 11 through an input unit 17 using the existing software stored in an ROM 25. After the actually measured data of the waveform 11 is taken in by this method, the execution processing of the program for measuring higher harmonic preliminarily applied to the machinery main body 11 from an external memory medium 20 is performed. That is, after the loading processing of the program for measuring higher harmonic from the external memory medium 20 toward the machinery main body 11 is completed, the preparing processing of the interpolation data corresponding to (N) sampling points is performed and, thereafter, the FET operational processing of the interpolation data is performed. As a result, a leakage error can be eliminated.
