Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an anticarcinogeous activator contg. lycopene as an active component and having a cancer cell proliferation inhibitive effect. CONSTITUTION: The lycopene expressed by the formula is incorporated as the effective component into this activator. The lycopene is natural extract and more particularly the extract of tomatoes. The lycopene along or is compounded with a medicinally active material, carrier, adjuvant, additives, etc., and is subjected to pharmaceutical manufacturing in the form of injection, oral and rectal medication. The activator prohibits the cell proliferation of the mammary cancer, endometrial carcinoma, prostatic cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma, bladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, hepatic cancer, leukemia, blastocytoma, neuroblastocytoma, other brain tumors and head cancers. The lycopene is substantially insoluble in water and is included in algae, other fruits and vegetables as well.
