Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the shift shock caused by load change, by changing one of or both of the duty ratio and the frequency for executing ON-OFF control of a signal for driving speed-changing solenoid valves for a prescribed while according to the load. CONSTITUTION:Provided that the duty ratio of a pulse train produced by the ON-OFF control of speed-changing solenoid valves 91-93 is fixed, coupling of speed-changing clutches 131-133 is made more smooth as the frequency is increased. On the other hand, provided that the frequency of the pulse train is fixed, coupling of the speed-changing clutches 131-133 is made more smooth as the duty ratio is decreased. In consideration of the above, smooth coupling of the clutches 131-133 is achieved by changing one of or both of the duty ratio and the frequency of the pulse train according to the load by use of a computor 7.
